Journal #33 2007 Tobasco Flood
In the late October and early November the Tabasco Flood took over the Mexicans states of Tabasco and Chiapas, which left as much as 80% under water. 20,000 people were forced to seek emergency shelter. And over 1,000,000 of the residents have been effected. Causing of the flood was due to heavy rains in October and early November. Felipe Calderon says that, "this is one of the worst natural disasters in the history of the country". Again mother nature strikes. Hopefully my home stays safe and those around me. It is a sad tragedy for those that have lost everything.
